The first Plan that we will be examining: fat loss 4 idiots. The fat loss 4 idiots diet consists of seven basic steps: (1) eating 4 meals a day; (2) alternating between carbs and protein intake; (3) cooking your own meals in your home; (4) drinking plenty of water; (5) exercise in the form of walking, (6) eliminating sweets; (7) eating only until you are satisfied not full.
The fat loss 4 idiots diet plan is very easy to follow because you are given a diet generator that makes daily meal plans for you. This diet’s claim to fame is that by following the diet you will lose 9 pounds every 11 days.
Let’s cover the bad news first, the forbidden foods. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet excludes starchy carbs like pasta, potatoes, and bread. Not all carbs are forbidden, however, this isn’t the Atkins diet. More bad news, alcohol is by and large exclude. With one exception, you’re allowed one glass of wine daily. Lastly, there are no calorie restrictions or portion limits, but you are encouraged to eat only until satisfied not until you are full.
Does this diet actually work, do people lose weight using Fat Loss 4 Idiots? I’ve done a lot of research and the overwhelming response is positive, people who follow the diet do lose weight.
