Without a doubt living with acne can be extremely painful, both emotionally and physically. Acne is can strike anyone at anytime in there, children as young as six or seven have been spotted with tiny little breakouts.

There are men and women in their mid forties, can still experience the drama that goes along with living with acme. No matter of there age, race or gender.

For some people, it seems like no matter what they do, they can never have that perfect complexion that they truly want. They often times look at all of those movies and the magazine covers and see what perfectly healthy and clear skin all those models and actors have.

If the truth were to be told, most of that is simply excellent makeup work and computer airbrushing to give the individual the look that they want. Let’s face it, we are all human and we all at some point in our lives will deal with acne.

Fixing The Problem

The sad fact is that no matter how hard you try, it is near impossible to completely fix or resolve an acne problem to the point of it never coming back. While there are some pretty heavy medications that can be received through a skin care specialist, these acne medications are generally reserved only for those people who are suffering from some of the worst cases.

These medications are strong and have harmful side effects. Therefore they are tightly controlled and are not just given to everyone who hates having pimples.

Dodging Acne Altogether

If you are one of the lucky people who don’t suffer from extreme acne, then over the counter products are the best things for you. Find one that works well for you and keep to that treatment. Make sure that you follow the directions and wash your face properly.

Also, try keeping your hands away from your face, as the dirt and excess oil that is placed on the face when you touch it will cause more acne.

2:Studies have shown that excess stress has been proven is a major reason why some people get acne. To combat this drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods and before you know it, you will begin to see a lot of changes in your skin.
