Depending on your body type and weight, your gene pool and a workout program you will actually look forward to, will determine if you will achieve your fitness goals.

Most people at the start of a fitness program are facing being overweight and lethargic lifestyles with poor eating habits that will escalate into possibly debilitating diseases and if not corrected will have a tendancy of a downward unhealthy outcome.

Taking action is the most important part, so getting motivated to exercise is one of the biggest barriers facing those that truly want to get on the road to looking and feeling good.

Fact is, once you begin a workout program, it should be hard, and intense, in order to reap all the benefits of a structured workout regimen. This intensity will not only help your metabolism but will have fatburning and muscle building effects for a period after you’ve finished your routine. Research has proven harder is better for these results.

You have to get rid of the fat before you think about getting muscular definition, so at the start of a new workout program apply more vigorous cardio than muscle building routines so you don’t have muscle you won’t see anyway under the fat.

This does’nt mean you should’nt include strength training into the program though. As you start shedding the pounds, you will want to include more muscle building routines into the program.

On the off days, it’s not a bad idea to try and do about 20 minutes of cardio to keep your weight in check.

If your not changing your eating habits, all of the hard, intense workouts will be neutralized and you won’t be able to reap all of the benefits of your workout program.

Approximatly 15 years ago, I had an offel experience with free weights that could have easily killed me or permanantly damaged me. For maximum results, you need to raise the bar and workout 5 to 6 days a week for 45 to 60 minutes. ( You will get quite ripped )

Being able to accurately strengthen and sculpted each major muscle group is essential to a contured physique. Even if your genetics have not blessed you, you can still get into the best healthy physical condition possible.

If your already having trouble with weight control or obesity it’s real easy to end up with a piece of equipment or diet program that you will end up not utilizing properly or it is something that simply does’nt deliver on the advertised promises, or your not willing to work hard enough to make it actually happen.

The best way to get rid of the fat and replace with a contoured full body transformation is with a continuous muscle rotation and fat burning workout. You do this and it will have great body changing results.
